Imagine being overseas or on active duty and unable to research possible careers upon exiting the military.  Helmets to Hardhats provides not only a job, but a career for the Ex-Military to enter the Building Trades.

But does the Ex-Military know about the program?

This is one of the challenges of the program as awareness is key and Union Labor Works can help you.  Across the country we've been executing local programs to help both the Building Trades AND Local Unions recruit these Disciplined, Self-Motivated, Skilled, Drug-Free Hero's.
